Tween Yogis

Tween Yogis are ages 8-12.

This class is fun and educational for pre-teen Yogis.

Yoga is great for building self esteem, positive thinking, and overall wellness as they prepare for their teenage years.

Tween Yogis routinely practice healthy awareness of themselves and their bodies. 

Students practice basic yoga poses and are guided on simple techniques to keep their bodies healthy and minds clear.
