Poses are practiced at a slower pace, which makes it a great class for beginners. 

There is a sense of serenity and mindfulness throughout this class. 

Movement and breath work will help heal, strengthen and stretch. 

This style of yoga provides a great stretch, strengthens the body and helps students to de-stress.
